La quota di iscrizione al GRAB-IT è di € 5,00 + € 30,00 di quota annuale

Per aderire al GRAB-IT
La nomina a socio è esclusivamente di tipo elettivo, ed è effettuata direttamente dal Consiglio Direttivo. (Art.6-7-8-9-10 dello Statuto)
Art. 6
Può divenire socio ordinario dell’Associazione chiunque si occupa di ricerca, divulgazione e sperimentazione in Agricoltura Biologica, a titolo personale o collettivo. Il Consiglio Direttivo dell’Associazione può attribuire la qualità di socio onorario a preminenti personalità italiane e non, di particolare e riconosciuto valore che abbiano acquisito meriti speciali nei settori di interesse dell’Agricoltura Biologica.
Art. 7
Sulla domanda di iscrizione al GRAB-IT decide, in modo inappellabile, il Consiglio Direttivo. I nuovi soci sono tenuti a versare al GRAB-IT, al momento in cui entrano a farne parte, una quota di adesione in aggiunta alla quota di partecipazione annuale.
L’entità di tali quote è determinata annualmente dal Consiglio Direttivo.
Art. 8
I soci onorari sono esentati dal pagamento della quota di partecipazione annuale.
Art. 9
La qualità di socio ordinario di perde per:
a)il venir meno dei requisiti di ammissione di cui all’art. 6;
b)l’esclusione deliberata dal Consiglio Direttivo a seguito di inosservanza degli obblighi previsti nel presente Statuto o per altri motivi che rendono incompatibile la presenza degli iscritti all’Associazione.
Attraverso l’esclusione deliberata dal Consiglio Direttivo è ammesso il ricorso al Collegio dei Probiviri.
Il socio può in ogni tempo recedere dal GRAB-IT, con effetto dal 1° gennaio dell’anno successivo, indirizzando lettera raccomandata al Consiglio Direttivo entro il 30 settembre. Il socio dimissionario non ha diritto al rimborso delle quote associative versate nè all’abbuono di quelle dovute per l’esercizio in corso.
Art. 10
I soci si impegnano ad osservare il presente Statuto. Si impegnano pure a dare la loro collaborazione al GRAB-IT per la realizzazione dei suoi fini istituzionali ed a fornire le notizie ed i risultati sulla propria attività di ricerca, in seno all’Agricoltura Biologica, che gli verranno richiesti dagli Organi del GRAB-IT, fatte salve le imprescindibili esigenze di riservatezza di ciascun associato. Il GRAB-IT può utilizzare i risultati e le informazioni che gli pervengono dai soci solo per il perseguimento degli scopi sociali e può renderle pubbliche solo previo assenso scritto degli stessi interessati.

Payment of membership fees
The GRAB-IT registration fee is €5.00 plus an annual fee of €30.00

NB: Members are requested to make payment of fees specifying in the payment reference “GRAB-IT membership fee year/s Surname First name of member”. The Secretariat will not be able to allocate payments of fees not duly associated with this information.
To join GRAB-IT
Membership is exclusively by election and is granted directly by the Executive Committee. (Articles 6-7-8-9-10 of the Statutes)
Article 6
Any individual or organisation engaged in research, dissemination and experimentation in Organic Agriculture, whether on a personal or collective basis, may become an ordinary member of the Association. The Association’s Executive Committee may confer honorary membership upon prominent Italian and non-Italian figures of particular and recognised standing who have earned special merits in fields of interest to organic farming.
Art. 7
The Executive Committee shall decide, with no right of appeal, on applications for membership of GRAB-IT. New members are required to pay GRAB-IT, upon joining, an admission fee in addition to the annual membership fee.
The amount of these fees is determined annually by the Executive Committee.
Art. 8
Honorary members are exempt from paying the annual membership fee.
Art. 9
Ordinary membership is forfeited due to:
a) failure to meet the admission requirements set out in Art. 6;
b) expulsion decided by the Executive Committee following failure to comply with the obligations set out in these Articles of Association or for other reasons rendering the member’s continued membership incompatible with the Association’s aims.
An appeal may be lodged with the Board of Arbitrators against an expulsion decided by the Executive Committee.
A member may withdraw from GRAB-IT at any time, with effect from 1 January of the following year, by sending a registered letter to the Executive Committee by 30 September. A member who resigns is not entitled to a refund of membership fees paid nor to a waiver of those due for the current financial year.
Art. 10
Members undertake to comply with these Articles of Association. They also undertake to cooperate with GRAB-IT in the pursuit of its institutional aims and to provide information and results regarding their research activities within the field of organic farming, as requested by the GRAB-IT bodies, subject to the essential confidentiality requirements of each member. GRAB-IT may use the results and information received from members solely for the pursuit of its objectives and may make them public only with the prior written consent of the members concerned.
